No more ‘Hippy, Hippy, Shake, Shake!
💃 Date: 22nd October 2023 Bit of an off week, it would have (and should have been) my sister’s birthday. We usually celebrate her life in a quirky Sue type way. We decided on a take away from local restaurant. Absolute garbage. I still can’t bring myself to think about it. The buck stopped with the guy least likely to be the one to blame. Absolutely nothing can change the fact that she died, but to make such a monumental cock-up on a take away. October 22nd. Still feeling down, but fairly usual Sunday, one slight unexpected incident. I lost balance in the kitchen and broke my hip. I had absolutely no idea how serious and painful it would be. Even though I had been under threat for a number of years due to diagnosis of osteoporosis. About five weeks on. Pain slightly better, mobility almost none existent due to no weight allowed on the left hand side of body. But …. Every effort to keep mobile and carry on physiotherapy. We shall not be beaten. I feel my life has been turne
